Homebuyer Credit Preparation

To demonstrate commitment to the program and to encourage continued participation, a refundable deposit of $99.00 will be collected by National Foundation for Debt Management at intake. In order to obtain a refund of this deposit, ALL of the following actions must be taken: Completion of pre-program online course, completion of intake documents and budget, including proof of home purchase (deed, title transfer or closing disclosure), full participation in one-on-one counseling sessions and signed commitment to complete post-program online course.
